About Frank Vogl - Expert on Business Ethics and the Economy:

Frank Vogl is a top authority on business ethics, global corruption and the international economy. He is the co-founder and President of a strategic management consulting firm specializing in corporate globalization and international finance issues. This strategic communications company advises governments, multinational organizations and corporations on issues explicitly concerned with international business and economic development.

Frank Vogl's career commenced as a Reuters reporter in London and Brussels in 1967. In 1970 he became the Economics and Business Correspondent for The Times, a post he held until 1981 when he joined the World Bank as Director of Information and Public Affairs. He was also Chief Spokesman for this worldwide organization operating in over 150 countries.

Vogl is coauthor with financier James Sinclair of BOOM: Visions & Insights for Creating Wealth in the 21st Century. His article, The Return of the Ugly American, was published in the July/August 2003 edition of Across The Board, the Conference Board magazine of ideas and opinions.
