About Deborah Kimmett - Second City Veteran and Speaker on Communication and Change:

Deb Kimmett is one funny lady, This dynamic woman has gifted people with her hilarious yet inspiring message for over 30 years. A Second City alumnus and one of the co-architects of their Corporate Training Program. She is a sought after workshop leader, entertainer and keynote speaker who teaches people about the creativity in change and communication. She travels across North America training throusands of people in business how to stay resilient during chaotic change, think on their feet and open people's minds while having them laugh their heads off.

Deb is a regular on the Debaters on CBC Radio as well as the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Laugh out Loud and contributes to national magazines such as Canadian Living. She was nominated for the National Magazine Award for Humor in 2009, and in 1994 was nominated for a Governor General Award. She has one book called Reality Is Over Rated, and has also published a novel called Almost True.

Kimmett has a special interest in government agencies, education and health care and has released a compassionate and humorous video for Patient Care called Talking To Sick People.
