About Bill Hawkins:
With over 15 years of experience coaching and consulting and corporate management, Bill Hawkins is a dynamic speaker on leadership development. He has helped many organizations to identify and develop high potential leaders, to increase leaders’ personal effectiveness, and to design and facilitate leadership training workshops.
In association with Marshall Goldsmith Partners and Alliance for Strategic Leadership, Bill has worked with over twenty Fortune 500 companies in seventeen countries. Bill began his career with a division of Johnson & Johnson. He then joined Boston Scientific Corporation as Director and then Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Some of Bill’s clients include: Acushnet, American Express, Ashland, AT&T, BellSouth, Bloomberg, Boston Scientific, and Budget Rent a Car. Aside from his work with major corporations, Bill has donated his services to the International Red Cross / Red Crescent, the New York Association for New Americans, and the Girl Scouts of the USA.
Bill holds a BS from Drake University and an MBA from Indiana University.
